The draw for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (CAN Morocco 2025) will take place on January 27 in Rabat, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced.
Following an Executive Committee meeting held on Monday in Marrakech, CAF confirmed the dates for this continental competition, which will be held in Morocco from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026, according to a statement published on its website.
The meeting of the Executive Committee, chaired by CAF President Patrice Motsepe, primarily focused on reviewing CAF’s competition calendar for the year 2025.
The next U17 Africa Cup of Nations will take place in Morocco from March 30 to April 19, 2025, while the U20 Africa Cup of Nations will be held in Côte d’Ivoire from April 26 to May 18, 2025.
The CAF Champions League final for the 2024-25 season will take place on May 24, 2025 (first leg), and June 1, 2025 (second leg).
As for the CAF Confederation Cup final for the 2024-25 season, the first leg will be played on May 17, 2025, while the return leg is scheduled for May 25.
Regarding the CAF Women’s Champions League, the opening match will be held on November 8, 2025, with the final taking place on November 23.
