The racist remarks of the controversial Algerian supporter, Sofia Benlemmane, are causing outrage across Africa.

What makes Sofia Benlemmane’s racis video even more serious is that this alleged YouTuber is almost "part” of the official Algerian delegation.

"Look at the misery," she said in the xenophobic video posted on her YouTube channel.

According to her, "Algeria should be geographically located between Portugal and Spain, not in Africa."

With disdain, she refers to Ivory Coast as a "country of misery where people live a life worse than in prehistory."

Her 7-minute and 34-second video has been strongly criticized in Ivory Coast and elsewhere.

Worse still, many Algerians applaud their racist compatriot through social media.

Sofia Benlemmane had already threatened, in another video, the former Ivorian football star Samuel Eto'o with physical assault.

In this threatening video, she recalled that it was she who had stopped the France-Algeria match on October 6, 2001, by entering the field.

As a convinced racist, she also loves to insult Moroccans, whom she harbors a deep hatred for.

Even though Sofia Benlemmane is known for her racism, she is the darling of the Algerian national football team. She loves to show off, especially with the Algerian coach, Djamel Belmadi, who obeys her every command.

"If Sofia Benlemmane had made the same remarks in France, she would have been prosecuted for racism," says her fellow citizen Abdou Semmar.

This famous influencer reminds everyone that Algeria is "one of the most racist countries in the world."
