Held under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the National Artificial Intelligence Conference is organized by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform and brings together Moroccan and international experts, public decision-makers, researchers, and private sector players to shape an ethical and inclusive AI framework serving development goals.

Covering 13 strategic verticals, including health, education, agriculture, cybersecurity, sustainable industry, culture, and media, the conference aims to position Morocco as a regional AI hub while asserting its strategic autonomy in the digital field.

Also participating will be Seydina Moussa Ndiaye, a member of the UN High-Level Advisory Body on AI, and Omar Hilale, Morocco’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, confirming the international dimension of the event.

The panels will feature Moroccan ministers, leaders from companies such as Attijariwafa Bank, OCP, Orange Morocco, Veolia Morocco, Boston Consulting Group Morocco, MASEN, and Renault Morocco, as well as innovative startups showcasing their solutions in dedicated spaces, fostering the emergence of a dynamic and collaborative AI ecosystem.

Beyond discussions, these Assises symbolize Morocco’s commitment to linking technological development with societal values while reinforcing its digital sovereignty. They represent a key moment to explore partnership opportunities between the public sector, private sector, and international stakeholders around an AI that serves progress, ethics, and inclusion.
