Tottenham finalized the signing of Ghanaian forward Mohammed Kudus from West Ham on Thursday.
Tottenham did not disclose the details of the deal for Kudus, but British media reported it to be worth £55 million. Kudus, 24, scored 19 goals in 80 matches for West Ham over a two-year period after joining from Ajax. The Tottenham squad is undergoing a rebuild under new manager Thomas Frank.
"The most important thing for me is the project and the way the manager sees how I can develop under his guidance," said Mohammed Kudus in an interview published on Tottenham’s official website.
"I’ve seen the number of talents he has helped grow into great players, and that was a key reason why I wanted to work under him," he added, as reported by Africatosports.
