Ivorian rapper Didi B has reached a new milestone in his musical career with the release of his double album "DIYILEM & BAZARHOFF: GENIUS." Released on April 5, 2025, "DIYILEM & BAZARHOFF: GENIUS" is a two-part project.

"DIYILEM," which means "I am here" in Nouchi (Ivorian slang), reflects Didi B's determination to establish himself as a major figure in French-speaking rap.

"BAZARHOFF" explores a more raw, energetic, and creative universe.

"I just released my album. Honestly, what influenced me was showing both my artistic side and my rapper side. [...] This time, I mixed the two to really present myself to the public without hiding," the Ivorian rapper explains, as quoted by Africanews.

His love for Anglophone African music also shines through in his collaborations and inspirations. "I have always loved Anglophone African music. I often went there, I did some features. I love their music, their mentality, their way of growing in music, it’s an example for me," he says.

The big challenge ahead for Didi B is monumental: to electrify the Félix Houphouët-Boigny Stadium in Abidjan—"le Félicia”—with an exceptional concert on May 3, 2025.

"We're preparing a concert at the Félicia Stadium in Abidjan on May 3. Expect a big show, a real stage production, a historic and unforgettable performance," he promises. His entire team is mobilizing to deliver a performance never seen before in the history of Ivorian urban music.

"This is one of my biggest dreams. After this concert, I’m also aiming for the Grammy Awards, big collaborations, and filling other stadiums internationally," says the artist.
