The Malagasy authorities are integrating big data, artificial intelligence, among others, to upgrade training for young people in the computer science sector.

The Malagasy Minister of Digital Development, Posts, and Telecommunications, Tahina Razafindramalo, has just inaugurated "Antananarivo 42". It is a free school dedicated to training young people in key areas of digital technology and programming.

This initiative will provide an answer to the growing need for skilled labor in Madagascar, especially in the fields of big data, artificial intelligence, web development, network and systems administration, as well as cybersecurity.

Through this, the Malagasy government aims to make the country a model of inclusive development through digital technology.

The goal is to prepare students to enter the job market in the computer science sector.

With the inauguration of Antananarivo 42, Madagascar becomes the second country in Africa, after Morocco, to join the international network of 42 schools, which has 54 campuses in 31 countries.
