French rapper and singer Tiakola will launch his first major African tour on December 5, 2026, at the Mohammed V Sports Complex in Casablanca. Dubbed Africa Tour 2026, the tour will span eight countries between December 2026 and January 2027.

The opening concert, expected to accommodate 8,000 spectators, will be followed by seven other stops in Libreville, Yaoundé, Kinshasa, Abidjan, Cotonou, Dakar and Praia, Cape Verde. The tour follows the release of his second album, WpointM, on September 25, 2026.

Born William Mundala in Bondy, France, to parents of Congolese origin, Tiakola grew up in La Courneuve. He first rose to prominence as a member of the group 4Keus before launching his solo career in 2019, gradually establishing himself as a leading figure on the French-speaking music scene.

His musical style, which he calls “la Melo,” blends rap, R&B, Afrobeats and drill, with a strong emphasis on melody.

His discography includes Mélo (2022), certified platinum, La Mélo est Gangx (2023), a collaborative project with Gazo that also achieved platinum certification, BDLM Vol. 1 (2024) and WpointM (2026).

Among his standout tracks are Meuda, certified diamond, Meridian, a collaboration with Dave that reached number one in France, and Mami Wata.

On Spotify, the artist has amassed 4.2 billion streams and 9 million monthly listeners.
