In search of a top-class goalkeeper, Juventus has reportedly identified Yassine Bounou as one of its priority targets for the summer transfer window. The Turin club is closely monitoring the situation of the Moroccan international, currently under contract with Al-Hilal, and is said to be considering a move worth around €9 million.
According to several sources, including Al Jazeera Sports, the Bianconeri value the profile of the Atlas Lions goalkeeper and could seek to take advantage of the uncertainty surrounding his future in Saudi Arabia to pursue a transfer before the start of next season.
However, any deal will depend on Al-Hilal's position. Bound by a long-term contract with the Saudi club, Bounou can only leave if an agreement is reached between the two clubs. For now, Al-Hilal does not appear willing to part ways with its first-choice goalkeeper.
Juventus' interest is driven by the Moroccan's outstanding performances since joining Al-Hilal. At 35, Bounou continues to display remarkable consistency for both his club and the Moroccan national team.
