Morocco’s U17 national team booked their place in the semi-finals of the U17 Africa Cup of Nations after a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Cameroon on Sunday at Stadium No. 8 of the Mohammed VI Football Complex.
The hero of the match was Mohamed Habib Zenbi, who scored the only goal in the 17th minute, helping the Atlas Cubs continue their impressive continental campaign.
In the semi-finals, the young Moroccans will face the winner of the clash between Senegal and Mali, with hopes of moving one step closer to the African title.
