Morocco’s Under-17 national team will face Cameroon in the quarterfinals of the 2026 Africa U17 Cup of Nations, hosted by Morocco. The match is scheduled for May 24 at the Mohammed VI Football Complex.

Defending champions Morocco finished top of their group with 7 points. The Atlas Cubs secured qualification after a decisive 2-1 victory over Egypt on matchday three.

On the other side, Cameroon qualified as runners-up in Group B with 6 points, behind Côte d’Ivoire, who topped the group with 7 points.

This qualification for the quarterfinals also allows Morocco to secure its place at the next FIFA U17 World Cup, which will take place in Qatar from November 19 to December 13.
