U.S. President Donald Trump stated that Iran has granted the United States a major concession in the energy sector, describing it as a significant development without revealing specific details.
According to information reported by Reuters, the American president said on Tuesday from the Oval Office that this move is linked to the strategic Strait of Hormuz, a key route for global oil transit.
“They have given us a very important gift, of inestimable value,” he said, adding that the concession does not concern nuclear issues, but rather the oil and gas sectors, which he described as a “generous” gesture.
