Togo will host the BlueInvest Africa Forum from October 15 to 16, 2025, an event dedicated to promoting investment in the blue economy across the continent.

The 2025 edition will focus on responsible and sustainable investments between Africa and Europe, aiming to strengthen synergies between innovative project leaders and financial stakeholders.

"This edition offers a unique opportunity to forge strategic partnerships, access new sources of financing, and accelerate growth in the sector,” say the organizers, as quoted by Togofirst.

The event will highlight solutions across several key segments of the blue economy, including ocean conservation, marine energy, fishing, aquaculture, and maritime transport.

In total, 25 African projects led by young entrepreneurs have been selected for this edition. These startups, active in waste management, biomarine technology, and sustainable fishing, will present their solutions during the forum with the aim of securing technical and financial support.
