The first guest of AfricanDream, Gaita Kalemba, is a Congolese serial entrepreneur who embodies, through her Afro-optimism, charisma, dynamism, and altruism, the founding spirit of this new digital show, which celebrates dreams as the driving force behind constructive action.
"My challenge and my dream are for the way Africans see and present themselves to change radically, moving towards something without limits," affirms the Congolese entrepreneur. She is the co-founder of Progekt Consulting and the professional association Affair’DC in Morocco, where she has lived for 16 years, in addition to being the associate director of African Arty Gallery.
In this interview filled with hope, Gaita Kalemba shares her Moroccan-African Dream, the foundation of her success story, and exclusively announces a new chapter in her journey.
As a firm believer in Afro-optimism, the AfricanDream guest also addresses Africa’s image deficit. "We must not let the disease of observation become eternal," she insists, urging Africans to take charge of their destiny and actively contribute to shaping the continent's future.
"Africa will belong only to Africans," declares Gaita Kalemba emphatically. She adds, "It is up to us to realize that if there is a problem or danger at home, we must be the first agents of change."
